Roberto Silguero Ayuso

Roberto Silguero Ayuso, studied his last university year at the University of Nancy in France. He completed the final project of his degree at the University of Valladolid ETSAV in 1999, tutored by D. Ignaci de Solá Morales, architect and professor of Teorìa y Historia at the Escuele Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura in Barcelona ( Architect of the restoration of the Teatro Liceo in Barcelona). During 2001 and 2003 he took part in the Master of Restauración Arquitectonica by the ETSAV.

He is currently professor of the Master in Architecture and Interior design at the University of Salamanca.

Awards & Recognition​

Nominated for the XII Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism 2013 with the building attached to the House of the Natural Park «Arribes del Duero» (Salamanca).

First Prize of Architecture of Castilla y León 2009 in the category of Collective Housing with a multi-family residential building C/ San Damían (Salamanca).

Second Prize of the VII Architecture Award of Castilla y León 2009 in the category of Single Family Housing with a house and architectural studio in Rector Esperabé Street (Salamanca). This house is located in the old town of Salamanca next to the Casa Lis.

Finalist in the VI Architecture Award of Castilla y León 2006 with a single-family house in Villamayor de Armuña (Salamanca).

Accésit in the I Architecture Award of the Official College of Architects of León 2004 in the category of New Building with a Multifamily Housing building in C/ Comandante Jerez (Salamanca).
